Additional Charges
Tolls, phone usage, parking, STC (as defined below), airport fees, and other additional charges not included in the estimate may apply to the final price.
Late Cancellation and No Show Policy
If changes or cancellations are made within the minimum specified time prior to the scheduled pick-up, a late cancellation fee will be applied to all reservations.
Additionally, for any instance of a passenger not arriving at the designated customer/chauffeur meeting location as scheduled, a no-show fee equal to the reservation rate plus gratuity, STC, airport parking fee, fuel surcharge, tolls, parking, and other applicable charges will be charged.
To avoid incurring a late cancellation or no-show fee, it’s essential to adhere to Yes Limo’s cancellation policy by cancelling the reservation within the specified timeframe. You can do this by contacting us at +1 (212) 461-0017.
If you encounter any issues finding the chauffeur, please use the telephone number provided in your email confirmation. Departing the pick-up location without notifying Yes Limo will result in a no-show charge.
Garage-to-Garage
The Garage-to-Garage billing method entails charges being calculated based on the hourly rate starting from when the chauffeur departs the garage to initiate service, and extending until the chauffeur completes service and returns to the garage. Although the estimate specifies a minimum number of billable hours, it may not always correspond precisely to the actual number of billable hours incurred.
Wait Time – Airport Transfers
All airport transfers accommodate reasonable wait times to accommodate flight and baggage delays. Should the customer require additional wait time at either the pickup or destination location, it will be incorporated into the transfer rate. This rate will be calculated based on the vehicle’s hourly rate, prorated at fifteen (15) minute intervals.
Wait Time – Non-Airport Transfers
After the scheduled pickup time, customers are granted a ten (10) minute grace period for wait time. Any time exceeding this ten (10) minute window will result in charges comprising the transfer base fee plus the hourly rate, calculated in fifteen (15) minute increments.
Surface Transportation Charge (STC)
STC, or Service and Transportation Charge, is an additional fee encompassing various overhead expenses, some of which may not be directly related to the individual trip. This charge is consistently calculated as a fixed percentage of the base rate.
Fuel Surcharge
The Fuel Surcharge is determined as a fixed percentage of the base rate.
Rate
The rate encompasses the driver fee, service provider fee, and concierge fee. The concierge fee may be as high as 100% of the rate.
Rate Estimate
The rates provided before the service serve as an initial estimate of the reserved services’ cost. Any wait time or additional services may lead to adjustments in the final price.
Child Safety Seats
For your convenience, Yes Limo offers Child Safety Seats, which may incur a fee. However, customers are responsible for installing the child safety or booster seats. The decision to ride with Yes Limo is made at your own risk. Yes Limo, its affiliates, shareholders, directors, employees, partners, members, managers, contractors, agents, successors, and assigns make no warranties or representations regarding the quality, safety, security, reliability, or timeliness of any rides or transportation used, and assume no liability or responsibility for them.
Lost or Misplaced Items
Please be aware that Yes Limo bears no responsibility for lost or misplaced personal belongings or any items left behind in our vehicles.
